Is this really 100% human hair?
Yes. The wig is made from 100% human hair, so you can dye, curl and straighten it like your own.
How do I choose my length?
Wig length is measured stretched straight from the top of the head. Waves sit 1–2 inches shorter when worn, so if you're between two sizes, pick the longer one. Use the Size Guide on the product page.
Will it fit my head?
The cap is average size (21.5–22.5 in) with an adjustable strap and combs, so it fits most heads.
Do I need glue?
No. The strap and combs hold it in place. You can add wig glue or a melt band if you want an extra-secure install.
Can I dye or heat-style it?
Yes. It takes darker shades best. Always use heat protectant and moderate heat.
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days and arrive in about 4–8 business days after that. Shipping is free in the US. See Shipping & Delivery.
How do I track my order?

What's your return policy?
Unworn wigs in their original condition can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. See Returns & Exchanges.
Why does my wig look flat when it arrives?
Waves get compressed in the box. Take it out, shake it gently and finger-comb the waves, and it will relax back to its full length and volume within a few hours.
How do I care for my wig?
Wash every 10–15 wears with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, air-dry it on a stand, and detangle from the ends up with a wide-tooth comb. With proper care it lasts 12–24 months.
