Where is my tracking number?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a tracking link. Check your spam or promotions folder if you can't find it.
My tracking hasn't updated
New tracking numbers can take 24–48 hours to show the first scan. If there has been no update for 7 days, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.
It says delivered but I don't have it
Check with neighbors and around your building, and wait one more business day, since carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.
