Free US shipping on every order

Every order ships free within the United States, with tracking included.

How long will it take?

• Processing: orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery: most orders arrive within about 4–8 business days after they ship.
• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays.

The estimated ship date and arrival window for your order are shown on the product page, next to Add to cart.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. You can also enter it on our Track Order page.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Wrong address?

Email us at support@tryurwigs.com as soon as possible. We can update the address before your order ships, but not after it leaves our warehouse.

Lost or damaged package

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email support@tryurwigs.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and photos if it's damaged). We'll replace it or refund you.
