Not in love with your wig? You can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

What can be returned
For hygiene reasons, the wig must be unworn and unwashed, with the lace uncut and the hair not dyed, bleached, cut or heat-styled, and in its original packaging with the hairnet and any tags attached. Wigs that have been worn or altered can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

How to start a return
Email us at support@tryurwigs.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund your original payment method. Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Exchanges
Want a different length? Contact us and we'll help you swap it. The wig you send back must meet the same conditions as a return.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay return shipping.
