Online store terms
You must be at least the age of majority in your state to place an order. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Products and pricing
We try to show product colors, textures and lengths as accurately as possible, but colors may look slightly different on your screen, and wavy hair looks shorter than its stretched length. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order, and to correct pricing or description errors, including after an order has been placed.
Orders and payment
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
Product use
Our wigs are cosmetic products. If you use adhesives, dyes, bleach or heat tools, follow the instructions of those products and do a patch test first. We are not responsible for damage caused by chemical treatments, heat styling or improper care.
