Shipping policy

Free US shipping on every order
Every order ships free within the United States, with tracking included.

Processing and delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. Most orders arrive within about 4–8 business days after they ship. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays.

Tracking
When your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. You can also track it on our Track Order page.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Wrong address
Contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address before your order ships, but not after it has shipped.

Lost or damaged package
Contact us at support@tryurwigs.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and photos if damaged). We'll replace it or refund you.
